A wonderful, rare survival from very early in her career - a part lined page taken from the visitors' book of a theatrical digs, signed in black fountain pen ink in April 1950.

Great American character actor, often cast in Einstein-like roles, as  in The Day The Earth Stood Still (1951).

A very fine vintage black and white 8" x 10" photograph of Jaffe, in archetypal pose, gazing into a microscope. There's an excellent signature and inscription ("To the Settlement and Day Care Center of the Salvation Army, With all good wishes, Sam Jaffe") in blue fountain pen ink across a light area of the image.

Corpulent American character actor, most famous for his portrayal of the redneck sheriff, J.W. Pepper in Bond films, including Live and Let Die (1972) and The Man With The Golden Gun (1974).

Great British music hall, film, radio and television comedian and actor, fondly remembered for his routine as a drunk with a cigarette in his mouth. (Interestingly, James was teetotal and never smoked.)
An extraordinarily early sepia publicity photograph (5.25" x 3.25"), showing a Jimmy James in his twenties and signed across the image in dark blue fountain pen ink. RARE from this date.

James, Sid Great South African-born comedy actor.
A very fine dinner menu (12" x 8.5") for a Gala Evening of the Lord's Taverners, held in Nottingham on the 7th April, 1976. On an inner page detailing the evening's entertainment there's a section for autographs, and there's a good signature and inscription ("Cheers Joy! Sidney James") in dark blue ink across the page.

This item was signed during Sid James' tour of the farce The Mating Season and just 19 days later, at the Sunderland Empire the actor collapsed on the stage after a massive heart attack and died an hour or so later.

Jameson, Susan Pretty British television actress, in some excellent series but now probably best remembered for her role as Esther, the long-suffering wife of Brian Lane (played by Alun Armstrong) in New Tricks.
A lovely black and white photograph (5.5" x 3.5") of the younger Susan Jameson, nicely signed across the image in black ink, and with a handwritten letter to a fan, in ink to the reverse and mentioning her appearance in the play The Constant Wife and work at ATV.

Great British actress, best known for her Shakespearean theatrical performances and for her role as Molly Bloom in the 1967 film of James Joyce's Ulysses. She also made a notable contribution to three James Bond films by overdubbing actresses.

A fine black and white publicity photograph (9" x 7") for her stage appearance in the 1982 Somerset Maugham play, Our Betters, in Richmond. There's a strong signature and inscription in black ink across the image.
