Moore, Eva Distinguished British stage and film actress, best remembered playing the manic, malevolent Rebecca Femm in the James Whale horror film, The Old Dark House (1932).
A
very early vintage Beagles postcard of the young Eva Moore, boldly signed in black fountain pen ink to the lower white margin.  There's a short initialled message to the reverse in which Moore asks the fan for "a trifle for the Actors Orphanage". The card has been used and carries a Miadenhead, 1905 postal cancellation.
